It depends on the piece of jewelry. Our stainless steel jewelery made of pure stainless steel does not tarnish as a matter of principle. With gold-plated bracelets and bangles, the natural shine can fade somewhat over time when they come into contact with salt water, shower gel and shampoo. The more often you go into the water with your high-quality jewellery, the sooner the shine of the gold plating can fade. We know that you always want to keep your favorite jewelry on. That's why we work with a very thick multiple gilding. This is up to 100 times more durable than the gold plating of conventional costume jewellery.

Its long shelf life! Because our jewelery designs made of stainless steel are particularly robust and durable - the ideal basis for filigree fashion jewellery. Its high degree of purity makes it insensitive to external influences: in comparison to 925 sterling silver, the surface does not become cloudy when exposed to air. Many people suffer from a nickel allergy and are therefore specifically looking for special high-priced and high-quality jewellery. The widespread assumption that nickel is contained in cheaper metals and objects in particular is not correct: even precious metals such as real gold or 925 sterling silver can contain nickel residues. The stainless steel we use contains a comparatively very small, hardly measurable amount of nickel, which is why it is considered to be particularly hypoallergenic and skin-friendly. Our now 7 years of experience confirm that our jewelry is suitable for allergy sufferers. If you do not tolerate our jewelry, we will of course take it back - even after the statutory right of withdrawal has expired and without discussion.

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped by us. Please contact our support as soon as possible.

You can add more items to your order even after you have already completed it. If you want that, we ask you to place another order. Please send us an e-mail with a short note to our support, so that we can send both orders in one package and reimburse you for the shipping costs if necessary.

A change in your delivery address is also possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our support as soon as possible.

We are happy to offer you an exchange if you do not like the color or size of an item you have ordered. Please contact our support via email with your order number.

Shipping and returns

All information about the return can be found on the back of our invoice, which we enclose with every package. Please send the goods to our Berlin address .

We firmly believe that returns cannot be free of charge and are factored into the system by other retailers who offer this. We offer you fair and transparent prices. They contain no hidden costs for a possible return. The costs for the return must therefore be borne by you. You confirm this with the purchase and by accepting our terms and conditions. If your delivery is incomplete or defective, please contact our support.

In the event of a complaint, please email us at support with your order or invoice number. Did you receive a defective piece of jewellery? Please send us pictures showing the entire piece of jewelery and the defect, stating your order or invoice number. If you have received the wrong piece of jewellery, please send us a photo of your entire order. If your order is incomplete, please contact our customer support via e-mail as well. If your order is incomplete, please contact us by email as well.

In this case, ask the buyer to contact us directly.

It can take up to 12 days for a return to reach us and be inspected by our team. If you do not receive a notification or a refund within this time, please contact us.

Packaging

With a product from Oh Bracelet Berlin, you buy a favorite piece of jewelry that should accompany you for a long time. The packaging it arrives in does not. We therefore consciously avoid using plastic and make sure to only use recycled and ecologically responsible packaging materials.

Our packaging is plastic-free and made from FSC-certified cardboard. We send the majority of our products directly to you in a flat parcel. It is therefore particularly important to us to make the packaging as appealing and personal as possible, but also ecologically justifiable. You can easily open our neutral boxes and envelopes so that they are then available for further private use.

We deliver all products lovingly packaged in a decorative box or a sturdy slipcase made from 100% recycled Berlin waste paper with a logo print. Our bracelets also come with an upcycling polishing cloth. You can find more information about this in the respective product description and the product photos.

We also offer elegant gift packaging for €5.00. Under each product you can simply select the gift option and then add it to the shopping cart together with the product. We would be happy to send your order directly to the recipient. We refrain from enclosing the invoice in the package.

General shipping information

We send all packages plastic-free and climate-neutral via DHL GOGREEN to the address of your choice.

95% of our shipments are so small and flat packed that they fit in your mailbox. If you place a large order with more than three items, we will be happy to send them to a Packstation. You can select this in the “Address” step when completing the order. Unfortunately, DHL Paketshops cannot be selected as the delivery address. If you don't know the number of your Packstation, you can find it using the DHL Packstation Finder .

Select the “Pickup” option at checkout. This saves you shipping costs and you can come and pick up your order personally at Naugarder Straße 35. Please make an appointment by phone or email after you have placed your order.

Please give us some time to make your personalized items and prepare the order for shipping. We usually ship within 48 hours, some orders can even be faster. You can call us at any time and let us know if you need it faster - for example, if it is a gift for a birthday or an upcoming wedding.

As soon as we have handed over your package to our logistics partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. You will also find the link for shipment tracking and the necessary shipment number in this e-mail. No email received? Please also check your spam folder.

Experts estimate that, on average, parcels are only half filled with goods when they are shipped. The rest: air and filler. The consequences are more delivery traffic and more CO2 and pollutant emissions. We want to do better. We therefore pay attention to the optimal size of our shipping packaging and thus avoid that our logistics partners are traveling with an unnecessarily large amount of air. For padding we use tissue paper from ecological production. A large number of our products can be found on a card with a message. The cards are made from 100% recycled paper and are printed in an environmentally friendly manner (IPA and mineral oil-free): with black ink that is based on soy. We print our invoices and delivery notes on recycled paper. Our jewelry boxes are made from FSC-certified cardboard and our slipcases, which you receive as packaging for every nylon bracelet, are also made from 100% recycled Berlin waste paper.
